ARTICLE 29 DURATION OF AGREEMENT
A. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for three years beginning
July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010. The District and the Association shall reopen
Articles 10 – Wages and its related Appendices, and Article 11, Health and
Welfare Benefits in each year of the agreement. The Association and/or the District
may elect to open one (1) additional article each year.
This Agreement has been ratified by the Association on: November 13, 2007
